Hulas, Leis, Malibu and BIRTHDAYS!

In all of my excitement to share the completion of bootcamp, I forgot to share about the hula party!

It was Jillybean's birthday party last night... we had a barbeque (thanks BJ) and were supposed to wear grass skirts when we went out (that got cancelled) to see our friends band play... We DID however have leis and flowers for our hair and coconuts to drink from!
There were others there celebrating various occasions, one guy was moving to California... and another guy from Detriot was celebrating his birthday also... so we invited them to join in our birthday celebration... AND yesterday was also Ruth's birthday... it was so great talking to her... hearing the voice of someone from Terrace!
There were lots of people who showed up to help celebrate with Jilly - and it was great to see some people that I still hadn't seen since being back in Ontario. Good times... and good memories...
